Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

Some products may be shipped from international or partner warehouses depending on availability. This does not affect the final price you pay — all duties and taxes are included unless stated otherwise.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the product ordered:

  • Metro Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7–12 business days

  • Remote Areas: 10–15 business days

For products shipped from overseas warehouses, delivery may take 10–20 business days.

These are estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates.


Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply (shown at checkout)

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible pin codes.

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number is reachable

  • Address details are accurate

Unconfirmed or suspicious COD orders may be held or cancelled to prevent misuse.


Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • High demand periods

  • Incorrect address or contact details

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order is dispatched, but we will assist you in tracking and resolution.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete details

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges, if applicable.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos or video proof

We will investigate and provide a replacement or resolution where applicable.
